Announced September 19, 2019, BAD BANKS was officially nominated for the ‘Best Drama Series’ of the International Emmy Awards. This prize rewards the best television programs worldwide outside of the United States.
Series that have recently won an International Emmy Award in this category are BRAQUO (2012), THE RETURNED (2013), UTOPIA (2014), GEARS (2015), DEUTSCHLAND 83 (2016), MAMMON (2017) and CASA DEL PAPEL (2018).
BAD BANKS is thus one of the four finalists which will attempt to win this prestigious award.
The awards ceremony will take place on November 25th.
