KATARZYNA OZGA joined Iris Group in 2016. As General Manager she oversees all structure, business and legal matters of the main company of the group – Iris Productions as well as its subsidiaries in Belgium (Iris Films), France (Rezo Films and Rezo Productions) and Germany (Iris Productions Deutschland). As producer, she is specialised in international productions and co-productions.

Since the beginning of her career, Katarzyna has participated in over 30 co-productions as producer, executive producer but also production and post-production manager. Her recent credits include feature films Die Mittagsfrau by Barbara Albert (DE/CH/LU) and The Kings of the World (CO/LU/FR/NO) by Laura Mora, an animation feature Icarus by Carlo Vogele (LU/BE/FR), and TV Series Bad Banks 1 & 2 (DE/LU), Clash of futures (DE/LU/FR/BE).

Before joining Iris Group, Katarzyna gained experience in distribution and promotion (Head of Distribution and Promotion for Samsa film between 2015 and 2016), festivals (program manager for St. Petersburg, Seville and Cartagena), funding (Eurimages, Saarland Film Commission/Saarland Medien) and lecturing (HBKSaar in Saarbrücken).

Katarzyna did her degree in international relations (University of Warsaw) and in European law (European Interdisciplinary Studies followed by Master in European Law in France, both at the University Robert Schuman of Strasbourg) and then she studied film production and distribution at the Film Academy Baden Württemberg (Germany), La Fémis (Paris) and the National Film & Television School (London).

She is a member of two French-German film associations: Atelier Network and the French-German Film Academy.
