Released in UK on December 4th 2015 (Metrodome), SUNSET SONG grossed 500K £ in the directors country of origin.
The Terence Davies period drama opened in Luxembourg on March 9th (Iris Distributions) and on March 30th in France (Rezo). The visually stunning screen version of the Lewis Grassic Gibbon novel is still playing in theatres in both countries. The film has also found a distributor in Spain, Greece, Turkey, CIS- countries, former Yugoslavia and Australia.
The emotionally engrossing SUNSET SONG premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival last year and also played at many major festivals as San Sebastian, Mar del Plata, London, Mumbai, Dubai and Palm Springs among other.
